The governor of Golestan, referring to the existing capacities and capabilities in the province, said: "Our province is ready to implement pilot projects in the field of councils, and projects such as decentralization can help the growth and development of councils."
According to the Golestan governor's information base, Dr. Ali Mohammad Zanganeh stated today, Wednesday, May 19th, in the first meeting of the heads of Islamic councils of provinces across the country with the presence of Dr. Sarvari, chairman of the Supreme Council of Provinces: Islamic councils have a high position in the constitution. Principles such as Principles 6, 7, 100, 101, 102, and 103 emphasize village, ward, city, county, provincial, and provincial councils.
He added: "The constitution has high goals for governance and certainly balanced development should be done with the attachment of justice."
The governor of Golestan reminded: we must implement progressive goals with patient and far-sighted strategic thinking.
Dr. Zanganeh pointed out: "Some countries have a history of councils of nearly 400 years, and in our country, where the activities of councils have started over the past few decades, fortunately, acceptable steps have been taken."
He continued: "With Sadr's openness and empathy, the goals of the council and urban management can be achieved, and in this direction, everyone should be sympathetic."
The governor of Golestan pointed out: decentralization can be implemented either by moving to public non-governmental institutions or by creating the capacities of the board of trustees of the elected.
Dr. Zanganeh said: "Strengthening cooperation between the councils and the executive system of the province will certainly accelerate the path of progress."
Also in this meeting, the chairman of the Supreme Council of Provinces stated: "Our effort is to increase relations with the parliament, government and other upstream institutions, and at the same time we are pursuing the decision-making system upstream, from the decision-making capacities in downstream council systems." Dr. Sarvari said: "In integrated urban management, in addition to capability, we believe in the transfer of urban management capabilities."
